Against Breast Cancer is the story of the personal crusade of the founders, Dr Anthony Leathem and his wife Patricia in their search for a future free of breast cancer.
The Against Breast Cancer Research team at University College London is uniquely dedicated to research with the goal of improving detection and increasing survival after breast cancer diagnosis. To achieve this they use a unique combination of biochemistry, immunology and the study of diet and lifestyle.
OxTreeGen have joined forces with Against Breast Cancer to create our Living Legacy Woodland. The woodland is a place where people can have a tree planted for a variety of reasons, to celebrate the life of someone, celebrate the great news that someone has beaten the disease, or simply plant a tree in support of Against Breast Cancer.
The woodland will form part of the Heart of England Forest. The woodland will be open to the public, after the initial phase of the tree establishment, for people to visit their tree and see how well it's growing. The trees are a mix of Native Broadleaf trees that really could be having a positive impact on the planet for generations to come, and provide a living memory.
